Virtual coaching for people who want results, not an audience. Individualized programming, real accountability, and a coach who knows your name — not someone posting content at you.
"Fitness is meant to enhance your life, not burden it."
Training isn't separate from the rest of your life — it's the thing that changes all of it. Most clients are professionals and parents in their 30s and 40s: people with jobs, families, and limited time who want to feel better in all three dimensions. Not just stronger. Not just lighter. Better. Clients are accepted by referral and application. Not everyone is a fit, and that's intentional.
Lose weight. Build strength. Eliminate pain. Move the way you're supposed to. The physical results come first — and they make everything else easier.
Discipline compounds. The confidence from finishing hard workouts, staying consistent, and following through on what you said you'd do — it doesn't stay in the gym.
Clients describe changes they didn't expect: less reactive at home, more patient with their kids, a clearer sense of who they are. The training is the first domino.
Four years of remote coaching. Zero missed payments. The numbers below aren't marketing — they're what happens when disciplined programming meets consistent execution.
Female clients who earned their first strict pull-up under this program. The pull-up is an honest measurement — you cannot fake your way into one.
Typical male client loses 20–30 pounds. One client has shed 70 and held it. Mechanism: four disciplined sessions per week, weekly programming updates, no fad protocols.
Long-term clients have trained under this program for multiple years. Retention is earned, not locked in — there are no long-term contracts.
Unedited notes from current and former clients — moms, dads, lifters, runners, people who just wanted to feel better in their own body.
"I had hit a wall. Lost over 40 pounds with CJ — and kept it off. Couldn't have done it without him."
"He made me comfortable in my own skin — at the gym, despite my age or size. Therapy and movement at the same time."
"Best money I spend every month. 39 years old — and I've seen my abs for the first time."
"He took me through rehab for a recurring shoulder injury. I have literally no pain now."
"The most knowledgeable and genuine coach you could hope for. He genuinely cares — and his enjoyment in his craft is evident."
"I don't have to think about what my workout will be. It's already set — I just focus on doing it."
"Going to the gym is just part of my day now. Like eating or drinking water."
The way clients start is simple. Fill out the application below — it takes five minutes. If this is a fit, I'll reach out personally within 24–48 hours. Usually via text.
Fill out the form on this page. Name, goals, how you train, where you're at right now. I read every one personally.
Within 24–48 hours, you'll hear from me directly — usually a text. Not a drip sequence. Not a bot. Me.
Thirty minutes. FaceTime or phone. He'll ask about your actual life — not just your fitness goals. If it's a fit, you'll both know.
A deep assessment form — 8 sections, 20–30 minutes. It covers your physical goals, your mental state, your health history, sleep, nutrition, training background, and your commitment level. It'll feel like a lot. It's not. Take your time with it. I use every answer.
Programming opens in TrueCoach. Every week from there is built around your life — schedule, weak links, goals. Not a template.
A lot of people have never done remote coaching. Here's how it works — day to day, week to week — once you're in.
Your training lives in TrueCoach — a simple app on your phone. Programming is posted at minimum 24 hours in advance, typically a full week at a time so you can plan around your schedule. You log sessions, leave notes, and submit form videos right in the app. No spreadsheets to decipher.
Before any weight is prescribed, you go through a movement assessment — a series of clips covering your fundamental patterns. I coach what I see. After that, you submit clips as needed — at a new weight, a new movement, or when something feels off. Written feedback comes back within 24 hours.
Text or voice memo during the day. After 7pm and on weekends, I use TrueCoach messenger — evenings and weekends are reserved for family. That's the deal, and it's a fair one. During coaching hours, you won't wait long. No scheduling a "check-in call." No waiting for the next appointment.
If travel or a vacation is coming, let me know by Wednesday of the prior week. I'll adjust the programming — bodyweight-only, hotel gym, whatever the situation allows. Fitness is meant to fit your life, not the other way around. Missed workouts have a protocol. Life doesn't derail the program.
"This isn't about the past. It's about where you are right now — and where you want to go from here."
There's a sequence to this. Every client goes through the same four layers — in order, no shortcuts. That sequence is why results hold. Skipping steps is why most programs fail.
No weight is loaded until movement is evaluated. You submit a short set of video clips — squat, hinge, press. I coach what I see. The prescription that follows is based on your patterns, not a template built for someone else.
New clients run a foundational block — Base Camp — before advancing to heavier cycles. Metabolic capacity, movement quality, and work tolerance are built here. It's not a warmup. It's the infrastructure everything else runs on.
Proven programming frameworks drive the cycle — three-to-eight-week blocks with a clear stimulus and a clear end. Your equipment, schedule, and weak links determine how those blocks are shaped for you. Not a one-size program. A system with your name on it.
The weekly check-in isn't a formality. It's the calibration mechanism. Travel coming up, soreness lingering, life got heavy — I find out on Wednesday and the next week's programming reflects it. The program drifts with your life on purpose.
Co-founder and Head Coach of South Tampa CrossFit. The bio on CrossFit.com reads, in full: "We care." That line is not marketing. It is the operating standard — the same one that runs through every remote coaching engagement.
Clients are heard. Stories matter. Belief is extended — especially to the ones who think they're past their prime. Results are not sugarcoated. Neither is the work it takes to earn them.
The philosophy is straightforward: train hard in the time you have, eat with intention, sleep enough, and stop chasing the next shortcut. Fads cycle. Fundamentals do not. The job of the coach is to hold up the mirror, build the plan, and keep the client on it.
Four sessions a week at seventy percent beats two sessions at one hundred. Consistency compounds. The goal is never the most impressive week — it's the most consistent year.
